support that meets you where you’re at.

Chances are, if you’ve landed here, you’re in the process of looking for a new therapist and may be wondering to yourself “how do I know if I’ve found the right therapist?” Well, my shortest answer is: focus on connection & if you feel comfortable talking to this person.

To get a better idea if we’d be a good fit have a read about me as a therapist and a human!

HI! I’M JULIA!

With many years of experience working with children and adults experiencing distress and disconnection, I’ve seen how isolating and lonely it can feel to navigate the big feelings alone.

Part of the great privilege I have doing this work as a therapist is helping guide people back home to themselves, and shifting patterns from feeling clunky and impossible, to the life you’ve dreamed for yourself.

I’m a firm believer that curiosity and resiliency are the secret keys to life, and I cannot wait to dive into it, with YOU!

EXPERIENCING A BREAK UP?

Breakups can feel completely disorienting—whether it’s untangling your shared life, losing a sense of “we,” or finding yourself in a late-night Instagram spiral. It’s usually all of that, and more. I won’t offer empty positivity, but I do believe this hard chapter can be a turning point—one rooted in self-compassion, clarity, and real growth. You don’t have to go through it alone.

going through a life transition?

Whether it’s a move, a career shift, becoming a parent, or just that sense of “everything feels different,” big life transitions can shake up your sense of self. You might feel overwhelmed, untethered, or unsure which way is forward. If you're struggling to find your footing again, therapy can help you process what's changed and build confidence in what’s next.

dealing with unruly anxiety?

Maybe anxiety has been riding shotgun for as long as you can remember—buzzing in the background, second-guessing your choices, hijacking your nervous system, or keeping you up at night. It’s been around so long, it’s hard to imagine life without it. Whether it shows up as racing thoughts, a tight chest, people-pleasing, or constant overthinking, it can leave you feeling drained and disconnected.

But just because anxiety feels familiar doesn’t mean it has to be in charge. In therapy, we’ll explore what it’s been trying to protect you from, get curious about the patterns it’s built, and find new ways of responding that feel grounded and true to you. You don’t have to figure it out alone.
