In-person therapy in Squamish, BC

Virtual therapy across BC, AB, YK, NL, SK.

Chances are, finding a new therapist feels overwhelming. My biggest advice for finding the right person is to focus on connection & if you feel comfortable talking to this person.

Understanding your emotions doesn’t have to happen alone. Together, we’ll build skills to help you connect with yourself, your body, and your needs.

HI! I’M JULIA!

I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor, offering in-person therapy in Squamish and remote counselling across BC, YK, AB, SK, and NL.

With many years of experience working with children and adults experiencing distress and disconnection, I’ve seen how isolating and lonely it can feel to navigate the big feelings alone.

Part of the great privilege I have doing this work as a therapist is helping guide people back home to themselves, and shifting patterns from feeling clunky and impossible, to the life you’ve dreamed for yourself.

I’m a firm believer that curiosity and resiliency are the secret keys to life, and I cannot wait to dive into it, with YOU!

SOME CLIENTS I WORK WITH ARE…

Experiencing Divorce & Relationship Conflict

Breakups can feel completely disorienting, but so can the slow break down of the relationship, whether it’s untangling your shared life, losing a sense of “we,” or finding yourself in a late-night Instagram spiral, I’m along for the ride with you.

The Unruly Anxiety

Anxiety can feel relentless—fueling overthinking, nervous system overwhelm, sleeplessness, and constant self-doubt. Therapy for anxiety can help you better understand your patterns, regulate stress, and feel more grounded in daily life.

ADHD Understanding

My approach to ADHD counselling helps you better understand your brain, patterns, and tendencies. I support adults navigating ADHD symptoms such as overwhelm, procrastination, emotional regulation, executive functioning challenges, anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship stress.
