My approach to therapy is relational, grounded, and focused on creating meaningful change both emotionally and practically.
I support clients in understanding the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that influence how they relate to themselves, others, and the world around them.
Together, we explore what’s no longer serving you and work toward building healthier, more sustainable ways of coping, communicating, and moving through life.
I integrate a mix of reflective conversation, parts work, practical strategies, and nervous system and somatic informed approaches to help clients feel more regulated, self-aware, and connected.
What sets me apart?
I don’t believe in blank slate therapy. I bring my own human-ness to our sessions, showing up as a real person, not just a professional behind a clipboard. Therapy with me is relational, with room for honesty, humour, challenge, and genuine connection.
